Camden Art Walk
The Camden Art Walk is a recurring event taking place from now until mid-October. Take a walk down Bay View Street and discover plenty of great music, food, gallery receptions, and all kinds of art.
The summer dates and times for this event are as follows: June 15th, July 20th, August 17th, and September 21st (all from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm).
Jazz in June
Jazz lovers should not miss this! Jazz in June is a weekend-long event including plenty of daytime performances, evening receptions, and headlining shows located at the Camden Opera House in Camden, Maine.
This event will take place from June 16th to June 17th.
Arts in the Park
The 27th annual Arts in the Park on the waterfront in Belfast will feature over 100 Maine artists! This is one of the most respected arts and fine crafts festivals & one of our favorite midcoast Maine summer events. The variety of art offerings are outstanding, along with live music, and the smells of local eats all adding to the creative atmosphere.
Camden 4th of July Fireworks
Join the town of Camden on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 for fireworks over Camden's picturesque harbor in celebration of Independence Day. Fireworks will begin at 9:00 pm!
Union Fair & Maine Wild Blueberry Festival
The Union Fair is a classic Midcoast Maine event celebrating our favorite fruit: the blueberry! Visit the Union Fair for a blueberry pie-eating contest, a pie-making contest, and so much more blueberry-related fun! View the full schedule on the Union Fair website.
North Atlantic Blues Festival
The North Atlantic Blues Festival is one of the most prestigious festivals on the east coast. This 2-day event is held at the Public Landing in Rockland, Maine near Rockland Harbor. You'll be able to see some of the top names in blues in action!
This event will be held on July 15th and 16th.
Camden Classics Cup
Are you ready to race? The Camden Classics Cup is one of the world's most beautiful regattas - sailed where the mountains meet the sea off the lovely harbor town of Camden, Maine. The cup aims to give sailors the time of their lives with on-the-water racing and stellar onshore events.
The cup will take place from July 27th to July 29th.
Maine Lobster Festival
The Maine Lobster Festival is a five-day event where you will be able to feast on delicious Maine lobster, be entertained, watch or participate in cooking contests, view local arts and other crafts, and so much more.
This Midcoast summer event will begin on August 2nd and last until August 6th.
Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show
The 2023 Maine Boat & Home Show is a high-end, high-summer event in Rockland, Maine. Here you'll find Maine's finest artists, architects, boatbuilders, craftsmen, designers, furniture makers, jewelers, and marine gear vendors together all in one place!
This event will be held from August 11th to August 13th.
Camden Windjammer Festival
Camden Windjammer Festival features the largest gathering of schooners in the Northeast. Held on Labor Day Weekend, Camden's annual celebration brings two full days of nautical events and exhibits celebrating Camden's maritime heritage. Entrance to the Camden Windjammer Festival is free!
This Labor Day event will take place on September 1st and 2nd.
Camden International Film Festival
The 19th Camden International Film Festival will feature a slate of boundary-pushing documentary films and filmmakers from across the globe. The festival will take place in person from September 14-17 at various venues throughout Camden and Rockland, Maine, and online from September 18-25.
